System Support Staff [Philippines]


 

Responsible for the overall maintenance of outright / concession for Company owned and Franchise database including price updates, new items, barcode sticker concerns and the like in RPRO/NAV/LS Retail System.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

A. Data Encoding and Barcode printing

1. Encodes/Uploads new items of Outright / Concessionaires for Company owned and Franchise for barcode printing.

2. Encodes new Category and Vendor Codes of Outright / Concessions for Company owned and Franchise in the RPRO/NAV/LS Retail System as per Request by Merchandising Department.

3. Editing / encoding of all Outright / concessionaires requests for Company owned and Franchise in the RPRO/NAV/LS Retail System.

4. Updates Outright / Concessionaires’ for Company owned and Franchise prices in the system database as per request.

5. Updates & Encodes new supplier of Outright and Concession for Company owned and Franchise in the system as per requests by Merchandising Department.

6. Provides master list of Outright / Concessionaires for Company owned and Franchise as per request.

7. Provides / encodes, & Delete Employee Codes Requests for Company owned and Franchise Stores as per requests by Branch Supervisor.

8. Responsible for the deletion of obsolete items/old stocks of Outright / Concession of for Company owned and Franchise

9. Provides efficient Concessionaires barcode stickers for Company owned and Franchise and ensure its scanning reliability.

10. Checks series of invoices for Company owned and Franchise stores every end of the month and ensure accuracy of invoices for report generation with proper supervision of Systems Support Supervisor.

11. Checks all Pending Slips for Company owned and Franchise Stores for inventory accuracy.

12. Checks and Investigate all submitted Barcode Monitoring form by Company owned and Franchise Stores for Barcode Monitoring Memo.

13. Assists SSS during inventory taking of Annual and Mid Year PI of all stores as well as in preparation of documents necessary in the inventory.

14. Assists Concessionaires of their Category and Sales Report for Company owned and Franchise operations as per requests.

15. Assists SSS in preparation of training needs.

16. Assists Company owned and Franchise Store in remote station using remote management as per requests.

17. Perform Cancellation of wrong transaction voucher / Out slip, Invoice of Company owned and Franchise Stores.

18. Monitors Database of all posted Concession and Outright items for Company owned and Franchise.

19. Generates sales report using RPRO/NAV/LS Retail System as per request of Concessionaires and internal Office.

B. Paper/System Works

1. Generates sales report or other reports if needed by Systems Support Supervisor.

2. UN post wrong voucher posted by Accounting in the Accounting System.

3. Cancellation of Invoice due to Wrong Punched, Wrong Transaction, or Wrong Tender by the Stores.

4. Responsible for dissemination of MIS Memos to all concerned.

5. Responsible for Saving the Back up on Hard Disk.

6. Filing.

7. Monitors MIS call logs.

8. Proper endorsement of necessary papers to Department concerned.

WORK RELATIONS:

1. Reports directly to System Support Assistant Supervisor / System Support Supervisor.

2. Coordinates with Concessionaires for their barcode sticker requirements.

3. Coordinates with other Departments for any system related concerns.

4. Coordinates with stores for any barcode related concerns.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

1. At least graduate of any computer related course.

2. New graduates may be considered.

3. With at least 6 months related experience.

4. Computer literate especially with MS Word and MS Excel.

5. Knowledgeable to RPRO/NAV/LS Retail is advantage

6. Must be flexible and can easily adapt to new environment.

7. Must be organized and hardworking.

8. Must work with minimum supervision.

9. Willing to work over time or during Holidays and Sundays if necessary.

10. Willing or with occasional travel or field visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary: From Php17,500.00 per month
