Chat Support Representative [India]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Chat-based Customer Support: Provide assistance and support to customers through chat-based communication channels.
  • Respond to Inquiries: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and accurately.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve customer issues by asking relevant questions, diagnosing problems, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products, services, and processes to effectively assist customers.
  • Professional Communication: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a friendly and empathetic tone.
  • Information Retrieval: Retrieve and provide accurate information to customers regarding order status, account details, policies, and other relevant information.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and typing speed.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Empathy and patience to understand and address customer concerns effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Multitasking abilities to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of customer service software, chat platforms, and CRM systems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
