- Prepare, process, and issue sales quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders. - Monitor and keep good track of stock inventory by ensuring the accuracy of data recording. - Assist on product sample & catalog - Assist salesperson in monitoring customer accounts and aging reports. - Liaise closely with internal staff and external parties including customers, suppliers, transporters and outsource agents. Liaising with sales team and clients in preparing and checking drawings and specifications to realize the best cost-effective model Preparing tender documents, contracts, and other documentation for existing and new projects - Prepare and submit monthly reports for review. - Ensure proper record filling and documentation of reports.
