My growing Energy client is looking for an ICT Project Manager to join their growing team located in Brussels on a hybrid working pattern. This extremely challenging position will be of particular interest for candidates highly motivated by being involved in strategic ICT matters.

Responsibilities:
End-to-end organisation of ICTC meetings, webinars, workshops, and events
Preparation of meeting agendas, session files and supporting material;
Management of communication regarding ICT related topics towards the ICTC members and the association;
Tracking and follow-up of actions and decisions;
Support the preparation of Board and General Assembly meetings and activities, with a focus on ICTC related topics;
End-to-end coordination of the activities of the one or two Steering Groups supporting the ICTC, in support to the corresponding STG Convener(s);
Support the budget related activities, in liaison with the other managers of the two IT Sections (ICT G&A and ICT Solutions).Requirements:
At least 3 years’ experience and proven experience in leading ICT projects and/or programme management activities;
Experience in the Energy sector
Broad general knowledge of ICT technologies, products and trends;
Strong interest and knowledge of ICT strategy principles, including Enterprise Architecture;
Excellent writing and presentation skills in English
Proven track record and appetite for meeting and workshop facilitation in multicultural (European) environment;
Strong stakeholder management skills;
Great attention to details, precision and quality of deliverables;
Professional knowledge of MS Office 365 package and other MS products, particularly SharePoint, Visio, MS Projects.
Result-oriented and proactive attitude, team-player with ability to prioritise.What you get in return:
